Building Resiliency and Wellness Skills Within the Individual, Team, & Organization
- The piece of the puzzle we needed to move us forward. These tools help to gel the
team – better conversations – better results. Wow who would have thought we could
turn this around in such a short period of time. Pat’s guidance and mentoring through
this process has been outstanding. I can’t imagine where we would be without her and
her program."
Annette James-Fredericton SPCA - Learned a lot about talking to each other. Conflict is messy and makes us
uncomfortable – this program helps us to communicate better. Look forward to learning
more.

conflict and how to talk through issues. We have a great team and this program is
making us stronger every day.
-Fredericton SPCA - The workshop was informative. I find it difficult to deal with conflict – these tools
help us to get better at that. Lots to learn so looking forward to more tools and better
conversations.
-Fredericton SPCA - Much better place to work now. The tension was uncomfortable and hard to work with.
This program has given us tools to learn how to talk with one another and work through
issues.

What topics would you like to explore further?

We deal with the clients of longtime loved pets, can’t afford to go further with care, we try very hard not to euthanize the healthy for Nuisance reasons (moved) we have re-homed sometimes. But I’ve also euthanized a litter of pups because epilepsy showed up in Mom upsetting for all staff, vet, and breeder."
